Workshop Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we are happy to assist you subject to the conditions below.

1) Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refund is allowable if notice is given at least 7 days from the workshop date.

2) Rescheduling Policy: One time free reschedule if notice is given at least 3 days in advance, RM30 fee for rescheduling if notice is given less than 3 days.

3) Absence Policy: Absence without prior notice will be considered a forfeiture, RM30 fee for rescheduling is available for one time only.

4) Late Arrival Policy: Late Arrival more than 30 minutes without prior notice will be considered absence, RM30 fee for rescheduling is available for one time only.

Lasprecious Design reserves the right to amend the policy without prior notice.
